Why It Matters
It’s getting hard.
Are you committed to your pet and want to learn the finer points in ensuring a happy life for your critters? Let’s address these issues now before they become too hard to manage!
• Keeping the peace between pets.
• Implementing new foods and medical routines.
• Ensuring safety for everyone during walks, time at the dog park, or meeting new furry friends.
• Consideration for your pet’s needs during parties or family gatherings.
Situation is critical.
Are you embarrassed by your dog? Thinking of rehoming your pet or surrendering them to the shelter? Please reconsider! Our shelters are OVERPOPULATED — let’s solve these problems together. Some reason folks surrender their animals include:
• Assertive behavior.
• Boredom & destruction.
• Litter box problems and house-training issues.
• Problems bonding between human and animal or resident animals.
Better bonds, better care.
You have an amazing relationship with your pet, but still have questions about the best practices in pet care and how to make sure you KNOW what your pet needs:
• How to best implement enrichment in the home that meets their social, sensory, and physical needs.
• Enhance your home to best fit your pets’ needs, from climbing and hiding for cats, to jobs and activities for dogs, and safely entertaining your busy hamster at night.
• Home preparation for life-changes like moving, babies, and more!

Testimonials
“Kyla helped me understand why my tiny territorial terrier rushed or nipped at basically everyone who entered the room. We learned the right tools to manage her safe space and ours, lessening the stress of the household. I knew I would never give up on Lena, but with Kyla’s help, life made more sense from Lena’s point of view and that was life changing for us.”
Summer - La Mesa, CA
“After adopting our 3rd Labrador retriever I thought I knew what a food hound was. I was wrong. It was not until I met my newest rescue that I learned what it meant to have a dog that would do anything for a Klondike bar. With my dog’s ability to jump, surf, sniff, paw, pounce, and bribe nothing was safe in my home. Kyla gave me immediate tips and tricks to dog-proof the space and the implementation immediately took so much stress off my families shoulders and keeps my dog safe from herself!
David - San Diego, CA
“When my senior cat, Sugar - known for her carrier pooping , developed hyperthyroid disease at the same time my husband and I divorced and separated houses, I knew I needed to figure out her relationship with her carrier - fast. Stress pooping is sad and but common condition many cats face. Kyla shared with me the basics of desensitizing and creating positive relationship with the carrier and I was able build a totally new and positive relationship with her new carrier!! She went to many vet appointments stress-poop-free for the first time in her life! Giving Sugar this gift late in her life was so rewarding. I felt like anything is possible if you understand where your cats are coming from, no matter their age or medical needs. I’ve now consulted with Kyla several times since becoming a dog mom and a human mom of children and dogs. She is straight to the point and makes it simple to understand the human/animal relationship!”
Maggie - Allentown, PA
“Having a neighborhood animal expert like Kyla has helped in so many ways! She taught me fear-free and cooperative ways to give my dog his medication. When my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease, she was able to build my confidence to give him fluids by needle on my own in less than 5 minutes! It was so simple and I built it up to be so difficult even with the vet team showing me how in the office!!”
